Steve does stand-up, acts, clowns, and writes. You can catch him performing stand-up, clown, or acting around Los Angeles. He studied Improv and Writing at Second City Chicago. Steve studied clown with Mike Kennard, performing in Mike’s epic clown play The Hollow, and appearing many times at Toronto Festival Of Clowns (including his One-Clown play “Kornhol’s Kabn”). Steve was the lead in the award winning feature “Blood Empires”, supporting lead in the feature films “Writing Kim”, “You Don’t Know Dick”, and “The Intervention”. Also, the short “Farewell” (Steve co-stars and co-wrote), is touring world festivals from Ireland to Niagara Falls, including being part of Telefilm Canada’s ‘Not Short On Talent’. Recently, Steve did a role opposite Damian Lewis in the feature film “Run This Town”. stevejohnstonactor.com
